I asked the worker "We ordered a coffee and It's not here yet" politely after waiting around 20 minutes. He then replied "I'm making your frappe, I literally said that a few seconds ago please pay attention next time" We waited a few more minutes for the coffee. He came up to us and asked "Is there anything you're waiting for?" He forgot about the coffee. The service was okay he also spent an extra 5 minutes in the back doing something that was other than making our drinks. If you see this you should pay more attention next time.

While I generally try to support small mom & pop coffee shops, this location is one of the few coffee shops in the area that's open past 6pm that has free, functional wifi.However, the AC was on so strong that even after putting my jacket and hood on, I felt the cold air blasting onto the top of my head (it's fall and mid-60s outside so no need for AC in the first place). I was so cold I ended up leaving much earlier than anticipated! Spending the money to buy a drink to work there was a waste :(p.s. There also weren't many tables or chairs for customers to use despite it being a spacious location.

Repeat your order 3 times, then ask them to repeat your order 3 times to you, then ask them if they understood the order you made. Confirm with the barista, pick up your coffee, re confirm that they got the order right. Then proceed to walk out. It's probably still the wrong order.. oh well craaaaaaazy !!!

This location is scammer we usually getting same things from other locations they charge normal price but this one charges $3 extra hope the sit manager fixes it.

why are the morning rush staff unable to take and make orders efficiently. Especially the warm food section. It makes no sense to have a customer wait 10 minutes after there food is warmed to then make 5 more warm items to bring it out all at once, while there are 3 employees standing around. please work on the process of taking orders and handing them out better.

From the outside, the coffee shop looks dirty, sketchy and unsafe. That said, once you go in, the ambiance is really nice, decor is warm and staff is friendly and hospitable. I think the issue is the glass on the windows - very stained and scratched. If you changed the windows, the perception of the store would increase significantly.

Really fast service when ordering ahead on the app. However, today I ordered a decaf coffee and got caffeinated instead. I can tell because it's 1am and I ordered it at noon today. Kind of disappointing because I can't have too much caffeine, but also because it's clear that you can't trust to get what you order.
