Good customer service and the matcha latte was made perfectly, each Peet's coffee is different the way they make their drinks by far the one at Russian hill is the best. Loved the lighting there and very good food options for vegans.
The staff here are excellent! They were very attentive and courteous. I asked for them to put the whipped cream after they fill the coffee to the top. The staff replied "no problem, my friend." Very nice. Thank you; it was a very delicious drink. I'll definitely be back.

My wife and I both enjoyed our coffees and morning sweet treats! She said her caramel macchiato was perfect! We were in town on business and had never heard of Peet's. Assumed it was just a little local shop not a chain. We would definitely return if in town again and now know we will find a Peet's throughout town.
