Had the best experience with Kate today! She was awesome, so helpful, and friendly. I went in to buy a cup of coffee for a homeless man outside and she was so awesome about it. Wish I could thank her more, but hopefully she sees this! Thank you so much!
Gotta love the 6$ drink and pastry combo. The staff made an effort to understand my order, albeit a bit complex. I didn’t want coffee or matcha or iced tea. I wanted to try something from their warm tea line. They offered to steam the milk which nobody does for me. They asked relevant questions and prepared a calm drink in a world filled with chaos.
