We decided to keep it simple and ordered hot chocolate. Surprisingly, the wait time was about 15 minutes, despite there not being many people ahead of us. Disappointingly, the hot chocolate didn't meet our expectations. One would think making a good hot chocolate shouldn't be that challenging.
Slow. Very-very-very slow. I had to wait in a line for like 10 min just to order the drink. And then 20 min to get my matcha tea latte. Garbage bins are full of trash. Guys, a half an hour for a drink? Seriously? You’re in SF international airport. Time is precious here.
