Love the service and very clean place to have a great view of Union Square. I ordered a breakfast english muffin with sausage and a lemonade refresher with strawberries. The food was delicious and drink was great. Kevin was so helpful and helped me order a different drink. I was so happy to meet someone who enjoys their job.

I want to take a moment to tell you about a great employee. I visited your store on Ofarrel and Powell Street in San Francisco this morning. I was greeted by a nice, busy young lady named Wynn. There were 3 employees working. She took my order and thanked me for being a Starbucks member as I paid with my phone app. Her scanner took a minute to wake up and she apologized for my wait. Great view of Union Square from my window set in the Union Square Starbucks on the 4th floor of Macy’s. The female barista did it all, providing service at the register and making sure her coworkers stayed on target with the orders.
