“I was there and overhead what that guy below sergio was arguing about with the employees and i already knew they were going to victimize themselves. The workers look way younger than this guy and whoever he was with. He talked about the worker in a hostile way pointing his finger and everything to the worker and was very loud so it was hard to miss because their quesadilla was “raw” bc the cheese wasnt even melted all the way which is funny because how can cheese that isnt melted be considered raw?? Plus i heard that they fixed it for them but it was too hot now apparently which is even more funny. I go here a lot and never had issues. Maybe fix your attitude and people won’t feel the need to reciprocate it to you.“
“This has to be the fastest, highest volume and freshest chipotle in the world. I don’t know how they train and get their employees to consistently work so hard. Everyone is very impressive. With that said there’s not a lot of small talk so the reviews on bad service are not appreciating the fact that this is a fast food establishment that is very well run“

“I love Chipotle but I will be honest. I got my food to go and didn't eat my burrito until I was geographically far away. Had I eaten there, I would have returned it. I chose steak and it was on the rubbery, chewy side. I was thoroughly upset. Steak should NEVER be cooked to this consistency. Thus the reason for the ratings.“
“Went here during the lunch rush today. I’ve never been more impressed with a restaurant staff than what I experienced there. They had their system down. It was very fast and efficient. The long line moved within insane speed. I think I was in and out of there and under three minutes.
