“This may be the only location I ever leave 5 stars for, and only because it employs 2 phenomenal people: Shakora and Teven. Every time I stop by (once a week on average, ordering enough to feed a small army), I hold my breath hoping one of them is around. They serve consistent portions, with good ratios of ingredients, and are generally just really lovely people. If chipotle employed and promoted more crew members like them, they'd have a higher rating average than 2 stars.Pro tip (which I thought was common knowledge? But isn't based on these reviews..): don't order online. Don't order for pickup. Just go in. Better to just go in than to order online knowing you're going to hate your order, but paying for it anyway.“

“This place is always out of everything, tortillas chips lettuce you name it, but the ingredients taste good and high quality when they have them and there is one employee who is really impressively good. The guy with glasses and a mustache is genuinely the best burrito master I have seen in MY LIFE. Bro was working the line, hands flying, every ingredient distributed flawlessly, every tortilla wrapped seamlessly, no salsa juice dripping out no mess, remembers every word you say. Every single bite of my burrito had every ingredient. My side of guac was filled exactly to the brim with a smooth flat surface on top, and he didn't even need to wipe it down with a rag. He made my two orders faster than I see some people make one. I was so impressed I considered downloading yelp to leave this review, but then I remembered Google maps exists. Please give this guy a raise y'all need him.“

“Have made both in-person and online transactions. A bit short-staffed, but they do what they can. Can’t be easy maintaining a store with a high turnover and tight schedule budget. It must be especially difficult to train new employees and accommodate the peak hours of the financial district and the ‘Karens.’ Literally saw a woman confront the manager about her online order not even being started when the ones prior were of 15+ entrees and on the line being made. Everyone is on their break, everyone else has been waiting too. Don’t want people getting burned making my food and don’t want this place unfairly flooded with negative reviews when it’s one of the better Chipotle locations of SF.“
“We had the Carne Asada Bowl with brown rice, and the combination of Fresh Tomato Salsa, Roasted Chili-Corn Salsa, Tomatillo-Green Chili Salsa, and Tomatillo-Red Chili Salsa added a burst of flavors. The Fajita Veggies, Cheese, Romaine Lettuce, and Sour Cream were excellent choices that enhanced the overall taste.The Chicken Bowl with white rice was equally delicious. “Walking into this chipotle I noticed a line halfway to the entrance but still gave it a shot cause who doesn't like some chipotle and well let me say these workers deserve a raise or appreciation they really went above and beyond with everyone and everything not only was the food exceptional but the service was amazing even though they were slammed they still had smiles on there faces. I will definitely be coming back. Great job“
