This has been the Chipotle that I go to the most often and for a few years when I need a burrito fix. But recently, the food and service have been going downhill. The staff rarely smile, and acts like they really would rather be anywhere else. They almost never drain the beans properly, so the bottom of the burritos are always soggy. Food was fine but there was garbage all over the floor and tables, trash bins were spilling over and the person at the counter making the order didn’t pay attention to order instructions.

Unfortunately, I was caught off-guard When I went to pay for my $60 tab with a $100 bill, And I was informed it's Chipotle policy not to accept $100 bills disappointing!! And embarrassing! We used $100 bill before. Very unprofessional and embarrassing!
