Nice employees, everything good
tried sofritas instead of chicken for a change and was surprised by how much flavor it had. Nice option when I want something without meat.
The food is good and the staff are friendly. However, the bag quality is horrible! My food fell off and is gone because the paper bag broke during my scooter ride! 😭

Chipotle Mexican Grill offers a mixed experience. While some find the food great and the staff efficient and friendly, others have had negative experiences due to the ambience and cleanliness issues. Despite these concerns, the restaurant is generally clean, with nice people, and serves amazing food. Customers appreciate the quick service and delicious meals, like the chicken bowl. The place can get very busy because of its location and events, but many customers continue to order online and enjoy the reliable service. The staff, including employees like Stephanie, are often friendly and work efficiently, although high turnover means training is ongoing. The music is enjoyable, and the overall atmosphere is welcoming, but some reviews mention unpleasant smells and water taste problems, which affect the dining experience.
