Went in today at 11am and asked for a side of cilantro with my burrito bowl and everyone from the manager to the staff acted like they don't have it anywhere. There was literally no one in there at the time.How LAZY and incompetent do you have to be to get paid at least $41,000 a year. (More than most teachers in the nation!!!)Manager and staff needs to be fired immediately. You can find better people to work for $20 at this point. Hire younger people or people who have something to lose if they act like zombies all day. Paying fast food divas will not up the service or expectations...they will still be divas.Axe them and get people who make customers want to come back. Don't bleed money becuase of your zombie diva staff.

The first time I came to eat at this place, the experience was horrible, the treatment by the staff is terrible and discriminatory, so I was treated terribly, racist, the woman who served me without patience, criticizing another employee, if she doesn't want to work for a Latino, she should go to Another restaurant that I don't have dealings with Latinos, I spoke with the manager but I don't think he cared about the treatment they give to the customers and maybe that's because I don't look or dress better but the treatment should be the same for everyone I hope the places When they hire people or the people who work, they do it well, not as if it were an obligation, that's why they are like garbage people who treat them badly because they believe they are superior but they are more ordinary than those they see since education lacks respect, so the others and values as people I went to buy, not to ask for a gift. Businesses must have values of respect and trust in the customer and the ugliest thing is that they treat you like this in front of your teenage children. Here I leave you with the type of employees. These women are the worst. The enemy of one Latino is another. Latino, better said, a Latino discriminates against another Latino, correct word

The chick that asks you if you want cheese guacamole and lettuce All at once and so fast you can't hear the words separately so I ended up getting my food with guacamole even though I can't eat guacamole.Yeah I'm good no thanks...
A really below average Chipotle. They didn’t offer me (or have any) baskets for my non-takeaway burrito. Apparently they just expect customers to eat directly off the tables.

This has been the Chipotle that I go to the most often and for a few years when I need a burrito fix. But recently, the food and service have been going downhill. The staff rarely smile, and acts like they really would rather be anywhere else. They almost never drain the beans properly, so the bottom of the burritos are always soggy. I always have to beg them to put in more than a pinch of grilled veggies, which doesn't seem like such a big deal considering I don't ever order rice. Likewise, the rest of the ingredients portions are smaller now. The last burrito was at least a third smaller than what I used to get, yet the prices have gone up. But worse is the amount of gristle in the chicken. Sorry, but getting 3 big lumps of gristle in one burrito is just poor food management.
