Another brilliant visit to Sorrel and Alex Hong continues to reign as my current favorite Chef! 🤘🏼If you haven’t been to Sorrel, go. Total genius.
Booked for our anniversary and it was a great experience overall. Menu skewed a bit sweet for my taste (several sweet complimentary courses added up), but everything was well-executed. Corn raviolo and hamachi was my favorite savory bite; the lemon custard with popcorn ice cream was a highlight from the sweet side.
