Atmosphere is nice. A bit hidden away in the Park Merced area with a lot of the residential housing so it may be hard to find parking.
The place does not have premium so you need to get it as an add on for +$20 for A5.“

“Thank you Kevin! Came from out of town on a cloudy day, was craving something warm, this place hit the spot. Had the AYCE option, meat quality was great, sauce was super yummy, service was excellent. Kevin was so patient with all our first timer questions, brought all our food out quickly. Highly recommend and will be back when we’re in the area. If undecided on ice cream flavor, try lychee, was SO GOOD!“

“This is by far the best hot pot that I have ever been to. The staff were so friendly and attentive, and the food and broth were delicious. They had a variety of vegetable, meat, and seafood options, and the sauce bar was clean and well-stocked. I will definitely be coming back!“

The food is so good! I tried almost everytype of beef and all are delicious. Chicken also taste good. My fav is fatty beef.
Tender, fresh, soft, and worth with the price of $26/ person for AYCE. Be aware that they still charge Tax(8.63%) and service charge fee(15%).
Another price rate for dinner time.
They have fresh foods, and good ice cream(vanilla and matcha my fav)
I am satisfied with the food but i am not satisfied with the service. The Chinese boy seemed very inpatient and not good to communicate. When I ask something, he just want me to rush and order. We didn’t communicate well and not frequently but the 15% unavoidable service fee is quite a lot for the provided service.“

“We went late night around 1:20am called before last order is at 1:30am they were very respectful not pushing us to get out server was very nice and friendly and had great recommendations. Overall amazing place and food. Only downside no alcohol license. Otherwise amazing late night spot 👌“

“AYCE Supreme is what you should get. The quality of meat and seafood was superb. We had spicy miso and tom yam soups which were very flavorful. The sauces of cilantro, ponzu and sesame paste were also delicious. Make sure you ask for minced garlic and chopped spring onions to spice the sauces even more. Also, great appetizers of gyoza, kimchi, mushrooms, etc. The service was very courteous. We left completely full and very satisfied.“

“We were a party of six, and all six of us found the food to be excellent. We ordered a 6-dish special meal that included a steamed fish fillet. I don't think it was a fresh fish, but it was large and plenty good. We were able to pick garlic noodles, which is one of my favorites, as one of our 6 dishes.“

“Can’t say enough good things about this restaurant. Just had dinner with the family, we hadn’t been in years and it was just as good as we remembered. From the cold tofu salad with cilantro, the cumin lamb, lamb dumplings and more - the dishes are so flavorful. Service is phenomenal, sweet and family owned. Highly recommended sunset spot.“

“The food was really good, we got the tomato base hot pot. I don’t know what people are saying about the quality of the meats and seafood, but I really liked the shrimp and Australian lamb. The only thing was that there was only one waiter. Other than that there was no wait time and overall HotPot Champ was really good.“

“Great food! We ordered the Taishan chicken, and the whole preparation and presentation is amazing. Just know that it takes a little while to come out, so be prepared to wait, but it’s worth it.
We also ordered the spicy beef soup, which was another great choice.
The restaurant is very small and definitely doesn’t have a fancy five-star atmosphere, but if you’re looking for something traditional, authentic, and delicious, this is the place to be.“
