“Four Seasons Tea House Hot Pot offers one of the more unique hot pot experiences I've EVER had. Rather than relying solely on rich, heavy broths, the restaurant's tea-infused approach creates flavors that are aromatic, balanced, and surprisingly refreshing throughout the meal.

We ordered an oolong tea base, with an assortment of ingredients such as tripe, mushrooms, and other assorted vegetables. The quality of the ingredients stood out immediately. The meats were fresh, well-presented, and paired beautifully with the broth selections. What I appreciated most was the attention to detail—from the presentation of the tea leaves to the thoughtful preparation of each ingredient. The experience felt elevated without becoming overly formal.

The atmosphere strikes a nice balance between modern and cozy, making it a great place for both small gatherings and special occasions. Service was attentive and knowledgeable, with staff happy to explain the different broth options and offer recommendations.

“Came in at 3pm (very odd time) to have lunch with a friend. It was scrumptious as always and the best service I’ve had. Service can vary depending on group, it is a bit traditional regarding energy because they are never as quick with your order if you are an only women group as they are if you have a man or elder. Aka not a spot to go with the girls unless you’re coming when it’s slow!“

“My favorite & go to hotpot!! The meat options are amazing, especially the recommended beef (三筋). They also offer different combos thats reasonably priced with variety of food. It’s perfect for dining by yourself or with a group! My favorite soup broth bases are the tomato one and the spicy one! The beef skewer is also amazing.“

“If you are into spicy hotpot, this is the best tasting place in the Bay Area I have found so far. The service can be slow if it’s crowded, and the environment is average. But who cares? We are here to eat some good food, not stare at the decoration.“

They provide cold water and unsweetened cold red tea. The paper cups are by the checkout counter.

“Malatang is a street food/soup which is traditionally served really spicy and steaming hot, and you get to pick what gets added into the soup. At Old Street Chengpan Malatang you not only get to customize the soup by choosing the type of broth, the meats/proteins, and the veggies, but you also get to choose your spice levels. This selection process/customizing can be really fun and adds another layer to the experience. If you have never had a malatang before, I highly recommend it. It makes for a delucious shared experience with family and/or friends.“

“Best Chinese food in town! Cant get enough, not a bad meal ever. The take out is never shorted, always not notch, and they provide ample utensils and napkins. This is one of many locations and each one is just as good as the other! Dont pass this place up!“

One of the best parts is the wide selection of ingredients available on the running conveyor line. There were plenty of seafood, mushrooms, vegetables, other toppings to choose from. Whether added to the hot pot or grilled on the BBQ, everything tasted fresh and delicious. As the ingredients cooked, the broth became richer, sweeter, and incredibly flavorful.

The prices are very reasonable for the quality and variety offered. We enjoyed everything from start to finish and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a fun and satisfying hot pot and BBQ experience!“

“Great Xinjiang hot pot restaurant! I really enjoyed the welcoming service and great hospitality. Food was great and food was tasty. I was amazed that the meats especially the beef near balls. The beef tasted like organic beef. Fried rice was tasty and cold hoodies were good. A pitcher of hot tea was provided with the meal which paired well with the hot pot meal. They had a variety of fruits to end the meal. Price was reasonable for thus all-you-can-eat Xinjiang hot pot restaurant.“
