Da Sichuan Bistro Reviews
Go for the chef's special. Simply authentic.
Average sichuan eatery run by an old Chinese couple.
Pros:
1. They are usually pretty fast in serving you food after you order
2. Some dishes are good
3. Has a decent sized parking lot and many available tables
Cons:
1. Many dishes are very average
2. The restaurant has seen better days
3. The consistency of taste varies across days. The same dish I have ordered was once very spicy, once had no salt, once had too much salt
Consistently great food, we love them and get food from here all the time

Da Sichuan Bistro is a small, unassuming restaurant that serves delicious and affordable Sichuan cuisine. The Garlic Eggplant is a standout dish, with tender eggplant slices in a flavorful sauce. The Vegetable Egg Rolls are also a highlight, with substantial portions and a classic taste. Other popular dishes include Kung Pao Chicken, Sweet and Sour Fish, Orange Peel Chicken, and Pepper Iron Steak. The owner is friendly and helpful, and the service is nice. The restaurant offers many vegetarian and vegan options, including a separate green menu with a variety of dishes. Customers enjoy dishes like twice cooked pork, dry pot tofu, and veggie dumplings, which are flavorful despite the wrapper being a bit thick. The tofu dishes are especially loved, and the Manchurian chicken is highly recommended. Overall, Da Sichuan Bistro is a great choice for those seeking authentic Sichuan food at a reasonable price.
