“Pretty solid. Quick service. Really attentive. We went when it was a bit slower so it was a little awkward with them hovering by, but I get it. Lots of options the ayce is kind of pricey but if you're coming hungry I think it's worth it. Really appreciate the condiments already being at the table for sauces. Would definitely come back, but maybe for happy hour, for the price discount.“

“if you're looking for a well-rounded hot hotspot, then this is the place because they have amazing options for meats, veggies, and sauces! Most importantly for me in determining if a spot is fire would be the soup base - which this place has really good ones. at first, I was pretty skeptical about the tea being infused with my soup but if you are a spicy lover like myself you know the feeling of feeling really bloated or heavy after a meal with the spicy soups. because there's tea in views, I feel like it cuts out some of the fat, and it makes your meal that much more enjoyable.
their service is attentive and quick/their ordering workflow is through the qr code which cuts out the time of waiting. The downside I've noticed after coming here a couple times is that sometimes they do run out of stuff (meats/noodles/veggies) but for the more popular options it has been consistently available.
10/10 would recommend this spot for friends/couples/solo dining. I think the place is a bit smaller so sometimes fitting a stroller and or smaller kids might be harder but doable.
there's no private parking lot, but there are a lot of public parking lots nearby - thats short distance and street parking as well.“
“Starting off with the aesthetics of the place, it’s really modern with a clean minimalistic style, it also has a Mumu tea bar on the side and also a sauce bar to make your own sauces for the meats. 5/5 on the place itself
The food is also great. It’s has pretty reasonable prices as you are paying for quality meat and also lots of side dishes. Really good options for the soup bases, personally I love the tom yum soup base. It has a mix of sweet and a kick of spiciness with it. Additionally I got the iced matcha here too, it comes filled to the brim, the matcha is very smooth, creamy and not too sweet or too bitter with matcha. It has a really similar taste when I went to Korea for matcha. 5/5 on food and drinks.
Customer service is great here too, staff were very attentive with service such as checking up, water refills, adding more soup, getting the bill, etc. 5/5 on the service
Overall, if you haven’t tried this place, it’s definitely one of the top places to grab some hotpot. Great service and food here.“

“Delicious hot pot is served at this restaurant in Sunnyvale. Ordering process is easy through a touchpad at your table. The soup base is perfect if you like spicy, and all the dishes were fresh but the portions can be on the small side. Festively decorated interior, along with fast and efficient service. Large free parking lot.“

“Uniquely decorated Chinese hot pot restaurant, located in the Milpitas Square shopping plaza. The meat and veggies were fresh, and the large sauce station offered a wide variety of ingredients for you to create a personalized, custom dipping sauce. Several levels of spicy soup to choose from. Definitely one of the better spicy hot pot places in the South Bay. Fast and efficient service. Large free parking lot.“

“Let me start by saying this — I have a pretty picky palate, and most restaurants I try don't really impress me. But this place is hands down my favorite restaurant in the U.S. The food is delicious, full of character, and incredibly affordable. At this price point, it's easily one of the best restaurants in the entire country.
Their Thai seafood hot pot and shrimp cupcake are absolute must-orders.
The Thai seafood hot pot comes with a generous amount of fresh seafood. The shrimp is average, but the squid, scallops, clams, and mussels are all excellent. The tangy and spicy Thai broth keeps your taste buds on edge and your appetite constantly stimulated.
I recommend getting the yellow noodles — they're chewy and springy, and taste amazing when soaked in the broth. If you find the noodles too firm, just toss them into the hot pot for a minute or two — they'll absorb even more flavor while softening just the right amount.
But what really makes this place special is their shrimp cupcake. I’ve never had anything like it at any other Vietnamese restaurant — and many places don’t even offer it.
The crispy shell and savory shrimp pair perfectly with refreshing green papaya slaw, fragrant herbs like perilla, Thai basil, and mint. Wrap it all in a big piece of fresh lettuce, drizzle some sweet-and-sour fish sauce on top, and take a big bite — you’ll feel like you’ve been instantly transported to Southeast Asia. The flavor profile is complex yet balanced, and the fact that you can enjoy it at such a low price is truly unbelievable.
Even the vegetarian version is fantastic — it may not have the shrimp's umami, but it still packs so much flavor that it’s totally worth trying, even if you're a vegetarian.
Their stir-fried dishes are also excellent — whether it's clams stir-fried with Thai basil or snails in creamy coconut sauce, you’ll be craving more with every bite.
If you’re coming with another guy, I highly recommend getting a medium-sized Thai seafood hot pot and one shrimp cupcake to share — for just around $30 total, you'll be blown away by how much quality and flavor you get for the price.“

“Chi Xiao Guo seems to be gone. Now it’s Liu Yue Teppanyaki Cuisine. They don’t sell hot pot in summer, but the Teppanyaki cuisine is also delicious. It’s very similar to the signature Teppanyaki Noodles at Taiwan’s night markets. Love! Definitely will come again : )“

“I like the happy lamb. Happy lamb makes happy yummy. I think this place is pretty good even in comparison to other hot pot in the area.
They have a good soup selection and sauce bar. The meat selection is also good as well. I liked ordering the lamb slices and the beef slices were good as well; but came on a slightly weird board. The lamb skewers were really really tasty. Overall very pleasant dining experience. The location is also pretty convenient and the price is pretty fair.“
“Food are delicious. especially their soup. friendly staff and clean restaurant“

“Super chill lunch spot and unbelievably fast service. Huge menu options and still comes out flavorful. Lunch vibes are peaceful and layout allows to chill vibes while enjoying good food. If there Chinese dish you want, they will have it. Order at the table style so super easy for larger groups. Parking is in the middle of a shopping complex and Sunnyvale so when it gets busy hard to find parking but there are spaces available around the area. Overall a really nice Chinese food spot that would definitely visit again.“

“I got the normal broth, medium spicy, and it was very flavorful, not too spicy. Only thing is the beef shrinks a lot in size after it’s cooked so keep that in mind when filling your bowl. It’s a bit pricy, I paid about $30 for my bowl, however it was a large portion“

“I'm a wagyu enthusiast, and while I generally think wagyu is not worth it in hot pot. The ayce and happy hour options make it worth it.
Psa, do NOT order the sushi. I wouldn't order it even if it was free. It does not look like the image, and it tastes like low quality fish“
