Old Mandarin is such a treat to have in my neighborhood. It is our standby for when we need comfort food or a high quality meal to take houseguests. The owners/staff are incredibly friendly and the food is consistently fantastic. I recommend the cumin lamb and green onion pancakes.
Best halal Chinese food i ever had in my life. Visited twice already in a month. Please plan ahead because there is a waiting list to get table at this restaurant. Taste, quality and price is excellent though.Parking: Lots of street parking free just find a spot.

Very pleasant experience, great food, polite service and priced as the usual Bay Area standard. The soup was enough to be a second meal as a leftover and they pack it in leak proof containers.
