We stopped at Carl’s Jr. while in San Francisco because we wanted a quick snack. Unfortunately, the customer service was disappointing. The employee seemed to be in a hurry and didn’t really give us a chance to ask if we wanted anything else, and our group didn’t appreciate her attitude. The security guard, however, was very nice and welcoming, and we really appreciated his kindness. Hopefully, the customer service can improve.
The food was good
Great customer service and security on watch 27/7 — indoor dining only from 7am to 8pm. They also accept EBT and have a working restroom but you need to ask staff to buzz you in. Tables and chairs good. Always clean and security guards help staff clean tables for patrons. Shout out to the security guards there doing a great job and rest of the staff too.
