I’m here for business from Canada. Was taken here for supper by a coworker. The quaintest little restaurant, the owner and his wife are just awesome. The food is gorgeous! And his limoncello is the best I’ve ever had. Will be going back before I head home. ❤️❤️❤️

Best Italian food in San Francisco! You really feel like you're at your grandparents house when you dine here. The husband and wife who have owned the restaurant for almost 40 years are such wonderful people. So warm, hospitable and loving. The food is, of course, always fabulous. You can't go wrong on the menu. In a city of wonderful restaurants, Caffe Macaroni is truly one of our favorites.
