They know the names of most who walk through the door. Beans roasted onsite. It’s everything a great coffee shop should be.“

“On one of the cutest streets in SF, very fun to window shop. The cafe is beautiful inside. Lots of nice small brand goods you can buy. I ordered the green smoothie and it was awesome. I’m super picky with smoothies - this one had a thick, smoothie texture, great flavor, and not too sweet at all. And good nutritional content.

I’m knocking a star bc $20 is insane for a smoothie, and if you get any add-ins they are $5 each 🫣“

“Sanaa Cafe offers an excellent selection of coffee, desserts, and delicious Fatayer. The atmosphere is truly unique, featuring authentic Yemeni architecture and Coffee. It is a perfect environment for productivity; it’s inviting, bring your laptop and work while enjoying a Sanaa Adani Chai or a Pistachio Mocha. I also highly recommend trying our delicious pistachio cheesecake.“

“No indoor seating. Wifi is barely usable (1.7⬇️/3.4⬆️). The drip is pretty good. It's a washed Guatemala/Ethiopia. Chocolate croissant was tasty too. So many plants! 🤩 I'd come here to hang on a nice day, but not to work.“

“Ritual Coffee Roasters is awesome. Listen, I first heard about them randomly through some passing mention from Adam Savage (formerly of Mythbusters) in one of his YouTube videos. I happened to be on the hunt for better options, so I decided to give them a try. They’re a local coffee shop in San Francisco with 3 or 4 locations, but they do offer their coffee to order and ship. It was VERY good coffee, so even though it’s a little pricey compared to grocery store coffee, I started a small monthly subscription with them. No regrets! I’ve been very happy with their seasonal varieties. Well this month their shipment has disappeared inside the USPS somewhere. I called them to ask if they could help figure it out, and after looking it up and confirming they were lost with no resolution in sight they said no problem they’ll just send a whole new shipment out expedited to me, on them, no charge. If the others do show up, great, keep those bags, too. I know it’s “just coffee” and just a couple bags somewhere, but that kind of responsive, customer-first service isn’t exactly common anymore. Right now I’m subsisting on an old bag of nasty Starbucks French roast and have been eagerly awaiting a package that may never arrive. If you like coffee, DEFINITELY give them a shot. I can recommend them with no reservations!“

“A damn fine cup of coffee! ☕ I've heard this called the best coffee in SF and honestly, I may agree. Small, snug spot plus chill and approachable staff made my visit feel cozy. Despite no indoor seating, there were still ceramic mug options! I got a maple Americano in a mug (so kind of small) and it was the creamiest coffee drink I've had. Definitely a must for fans of that espresso crema.“

“I come here for lattes and they never disappoint. They have the best latte hands down. Great tasting coffee. I’ve gone to other “good ones” and other hole in the wall type cafes but they have never impressed me. This one takes the gold.“

Sitting on the second floor you can overlook the entirety of the cafe and watch the barista roasters having fun chatting while making coffee and the guests in their own leisurely state.“

We especially love the almond croissant, but the banana bread, muffins, donuts, and cinnamon bread are all delicious. What really makes this place special, though, is the warm and welcoming baristas and cozy atmosphere. Every visit feels personal and relaxing. Definitely one of our favorite coffee spots in San Francisco!“

“For an airport place this is actually nice, I hope it stays that way. The coffee is yummy and reasonably priced. I enjoyed two blended drinks with oat milk. They have a vegan breakfast burrito but I didn’t try it. Lots of yummy looking pastries but I don’t think any were vegan nor GF.
Cups, lids, straws looked plastic-free and compostable. Good.“
