First time trying blue bottle coffee (I must say all my money goes to Starbucks) but since I live near to this location I decided to give it a try. When I walked in, I was greeted and welcomed by the employees with a smile. Coffee was so tasty ? service 10 of a 10!!!
I literally lived a block away from here via Hotel, and I came here EVERY MORNING for a whole week and the barista finally asked for my name on the 5th day of visiting.The barista realized I was there everyday for that week and I would order the same Ice Oat Latte. I love the service and the barista here as he would be extremely friendly and happy when they saw me enter the shop.On the last day, I bought a Craft Instant Ice Latte mix to bring home so I can have Blue Bottle coffee...read full review

I don’t understand why they don’t hire more people for the morning rush. There is always such a long line, and you would think for a $7 cup of coffee, that they could hire additional staff.
