Ritual Coffee Roasters is awesome. Listen, I first heard about them randomly through some passing mention from Adam Savage (formerly of Mythbusters) in one of his YouTube videos. Kind staff & yummy drink/pastry options. I got the “B2B” which was a buckwheat tea with yuzu and butterfly pea powder- perfectly light and refreshing! And the passion fruit pastry was also yummy! Would come back esp for the buckwheat tea- I don’t see that as an option too many places but it’s a great cool drink for the summer. Ritual Coffee Roasters is a small, cute spot known for its flavorful drinks like the 'Day Off in Kyoto' Hojicha and vanilla bean latte. Although the service can be slow at times, the hot chocolate made from scratch with Dandelion cocoa nibs is worth the wait. The outdoor seating is comfortable, making it a nice place for a quick stop. Parking remains a challenge, so visitors might consider a cab or rideshare. The vibe of the location is loved by many, and despite some high prices, the quality of their espresso and coffee keeps customers coming back.
