Despite its humble appearance, this small business offers some of the best Pakistani food in the city, with a steam table of freshly-prepared meat and vegetable curries. The Lamb Korma, a star dish recommended by Soleil Ho, features super tender, lean, meaty chunks of lamb in a spiced curry. Other popular items include the Chana Masala (chickpea curry) and the Palak Paneer (cheese cubes in a velvety puréed spinach sauce), served with rice. The food is delicately spiced and flavorful without being too salty, and the garnishes of raw onion and cilantro bring out the freshness of the dishes. The Garlic Naan, another star item, is perfectly soft and chewy with a wonderful flavor and aroma.
