“I’ve come here for college football matches (go gators!) and have had good experiences. Everyone is friendly, good beer selection at reasonable prices, and as a vegetarian there were decent food options. Also a good amount of tv’s. SFAC has become our go-to place for games“

“It was late night order and I’ve never had a burger dog before but wanted to try since frisco fried out them on the scene back in the day. Ordered my door dash and couldn’t wait. As soon as they arrive I could smell the goodness so I take my pics and dive in.Burger Dog: Hefty on the meat, felt like it was more beef than an actual burger and I wanna say easier to eat. Only change I would add bacon and that’s my bad. Very good burger dog!Bacon Hot Dog: Butterflied Beef Dog with crispy bacon! Another hit.Very simple menu options but they hit it out the park. Would definitely double back to this spot to try them fresh.

Parking: It’s on 20th street so not impossible but keep your eyes open spots get taken fast

“The donuts here are delicious and definitely live up to the mochi name- they’re chewier than your standard donut texture, but that is the attraction! We only purchased two donuts to try, but wish we had gotten more! We tried the Ube and Churro flavours andLoved them. The staff was very kind and the prices were fair.“

Came here for lunch and tried the Hayz dog which came with kimchi, Kewpie, spicy ketchup, scallions and fried garlic.

Overall, was satisfied with my hot dog. Came with a side of chips.

Would come back again if I was craving a hot dog. Next time, I would try one of their other dogs.“

“I’ve frequented this place a lot since it’s literally two blocks from my apartment, but they’ve recently revamped the menu a bit and I have to say that apart from grilled cheese not being on the menu anymore everything else has stayed just as delicious if not improved on.

Great burgers and fries (crinkle cut!) as well as my go-to for deep fried anything (ie. Jalapeño poppers, onion rings, even pickles) - even when ordering delivery everything stays crisp vs going soggy.

This place satisfies my comfort food craving every time. The deep fried pickles are my jam.“

“Burgers were really good, classic big and thick with all the condiments and the fries were above average.

The crazy part is how cheap the food is here. The portions are HUGE and the prices are not bad at all. $10 for the ultimate burger which had like an egg, bacon, extra cheese, an onion ring. $4 for a huge portion of fries and drink.

I saw pictures from back in the precovid days when the prices were even lower too lol.

I believe this is a part of the original buffalo wings franchise (which I love). I have one in my hometown and there's another one over on Lombard I believe? Regardless, good food, cheap, and huge portions.

Parking: Plenty of neighborhood or meter parking.

Kid-friendliness: Lots of families with kids came for the diner experience and cheap prices.“

“I had bad experience with Crystal Geyser plain sparkling water from San Francisco store It smelled like chemicals and I tried 5 bottles so far and it’s the same. Please be careful drinking this water“

“I love Marcello's Pizza in the Castro, just down the hill from where I live. Their pizza is delicious. I love the crust and marinara. My favorite toppings are mushrooms, artichoke hearts, and pepperoni. Sometimes I splurge and add pepperoncini. They also have a lot of other toppings. They deliver. I bake my own too. So, I am very picky. They make good pies - especially when the crust is kind of bubbly. I like to order a family size pie for left overs over a few days. I use a griddle to crisp the bottom of the crust of the left over pizza. (It was a happy discovery because my oven needs to be fixed. The griddle works.)“
