“I had the opportunity to enjoy their food at a recent pop-up restaurant put on by La cucina in San Francisco! their cuisine is Algerian and very delicious! I have never had the chance to experience this particular cuisine and now I cannot wait until they open the Municipal Marketplace in San Francisco's tenderloin neighborhood! expected to open in July, KAYMA will be one of the stalls featured there. absolutely every morsel I tried at that dinner was delicious but they're brined black olives were incredible! hoping they will have them available in jars to take home!“

“This is so delicious!! It’s ginger makes it spicy, yet sweet. I wish I had known about this juice sooner, since I’m moving away from San Francisco:( Though the bottle is 9 oz. it’s still a substantial drink! So delicious and gives me energy!“

Eko Kitchen Pop-Up Restaurants • $$

“We ordered catering through Eko Kitchen for our company's monthly catered lunch, and it did not disappoint!

Her communication to place the order was swift, and straight forward.

We ordered multiple things on the menu, and everything was very tasty with very reasonable portions. It was a lot of people's first time trying Nigerian food, and I was told by many that they really enjoyed the flavor and variety.

Definitely recommend!“

“This place was AMAZING. Transported me to a very cultural space. The fufu and egusi I recommend, it tasted amazing and perfect. Portion sizes don’t look like much, but that coulda fed me for three days. Met the chef himself and he was the sweetest man. I recommend to everyone trying African for the first time. Love this place!!!“

9JAGRILLS Food Trucks • $$
303 Broadway, Oakland - 7.98 miles

“Food was good. The quality was good but they have to work on the business portion of things instead of being high priced. to make profit isnt about high price. paid $35 and she asked me what I want with it and I said goat. Im thinking since I paid that much it was included but they charged me separate for the goat about $6 and I ordered 2 extra $3.50 starch, Out the door like $49. they need a reasonable price 2 keep people coming back than a high price dat keeps people thinking maybe. It could taste good but you're competing with every other restaurant that got $15 plates. I got a lot more to help them improve but they gonna have 2 pay me for that 😭“
