Moving across the country to San Francisco was isolating. Add a global pandemic to the mix, and the loneliness from having nothing to remind you of your home or culture can be crippling. First time having Eko Kitchen and we came away very impressed. They are currently doing pre-orders only with orders suppose to be in by noon each day. We ordered the sample platter for my girlfriend and I which lasted us 2 very good meals so for $75 for a meal for 4 people this is a pretty good deal. My goodness gracious.You can taste the love in this food and the owner is so kind.I had the fufu, egusi w/lamb, jollof rice, and plantains. This meal was so divine. The spices and flavor of the egusi is like nothing I've ever had before- would highly recommend.Portions are very very generous.
