Pretzels in Santa Rosa, CA

“Our experience with the Wooden Petal was fantastic. I ordered 8 pretzels for my husband’s birthday because he LOVES pretzels. I read great reviews on a few pages and gave it a try. The experience from start to finish was great. They were so friendly when I picked up my order. There was a little birthday message on the box. Such a nice detail. We warmed up the pretzels according to the directions and wow were they tasty! We will order again, for sure. Thank you for helping me create such a nice birthday weekend.“

“Pricy but delicious. I don't remember how the service was, so I give that category 5 stars for now because I can't recall any complaints. As for the atmosphere. Well, it's in a mall with a fair number of stores, although I remember quite a few empty spaces. There are 3 small tables, 2 of which have 2 chairs and 1 having 3 chairs. There are also 4 cushy seats surrounding a table roughly 50 feet away. The atmosphere is not good or bad, it's just ... there.“
