If you told me the cupcakes from Brown Rice Bakery were gluten free I wouldn't have believed you because these taste terrific!
I've had several over the years I've been following this pop up bakery and I always enjoy them. When the Sacramento Vegan Chef Challenge hits every Octiber I always make a point to seek out where they're going to be.

Just ate the most delicious banana bread mini loaf that I will be thinking about for a while. Deja spoke to me about other gluten free bakes not getting their moisture content correct as I was purchasing it, and I had no idea just how right she was until I bit into it. Is this what baked goods have the potential to be??? I was so happy I came back to compliment her and she was so so nice. I got mine from the co-op but can’t wait to check them out at the farmers market.
Highly recommend if you have food sensitivity or not! So yummy.
