The garlic in the roast Garlic sourdough was exactly what I was missing in a grilled cheese and tomato soup 😋😋. Heritage Rise Sourdough is a small business in Elk Grove. Customers enjoy the sandwich loafs, english muffins, and roast Garlic sourdough, which was perfect in a grilled cheese and tomato soup. The plain sourdough rounds were AMAZING, with a perfect crust and center. The apple fritters are fantastic, especially fresh and warm, and the sticky buns and cinnamon rolls are great too. Sourdough starter is also sold. A nice guy works the stand at the OV Farmer’s Market. The owner is licensed and permitted, and will make just about anything you want.
