“We picked up our Spaans Cookie Co. Blackberry pie courtesy of Allstate agent Aaron Clift today.
The pie is amazing. Very flaky top, not too sweet, it is tangy a little bit tangy but well balanced. You can really taste the blackberry (not the sugar). They did not skip on the filling.

“We were visiting Lodi for a weekend and found this place on the list to check out while we were there. I don’t write reviews often, but this place was sooo good. The service is fantastic, and the coffee and food are incredibly tasty. Highly recommended.“

We love everything that comes from here😍 We did a special order TRES LECHES with strawberry filling ( photo image cake ) for my sons 6th Birthday they did AMAZING & it was so delicious. One of my top favorites it’s just so yummy! We even had custom ordered Concha’s to match I can’t say enough great things about this bakery. Definitely a must try! “I can't believe it's been 2 years since I started ordering from Frosted Flour! I usually get at least 5 or 6 cakes every year for my kids' birthdays and other special occasions, and they are always a big hit! My sister even loved their cakes so much that she ordered one for her wedding. I truly can't recommend them enough—hands down the best cakes around!“

“Huh… what do ya know… there’s a Cinnabon stand in the Flying J truck stop mini mart. The mini mart was clean and modern with a family friendly, welcoming vibe.
Now back to those cinnamon rolls. They fresh bake and frost the Cinnabons right on site. They have the regular and large sizes. Some are boxed and others are in the tray behind the glass counter. You pay at the mini mart registers. The Flying J staff work the Cinnabon counter and it’s not staffed at all times. So if you need help, you have to actively track down an employee which shouldn’t be an issue. The staff that I interacted with, in the mini mart, were friendly and helpful. But I lucked out and there was someone there frosting a fresh batch of cinnamon rolls.
If you are in the mood to gobble them down right away and don’t want to do so in your car, there’s a small indoor seating area with a few tables.“
