“Update to previous review. The owner reached out to me both on my post and privately. She was very polite and apologetic. I went into the bakery on 3/20 and instead of taking advantage of a situation, I chose to purchase a cannoli and 6 cupcakes to take home to my family. We were all very pleased with the flavors and quality of ingredients. The staff while in the bakery were very busy but still very courteous and helpful! My wedding cake experience definitely will not prevent me from patronizing this bakery for further desires.“

“I love this place so much. My only complaint is I wish I didn't live so far away so I could have it more often! But seriously, this place is consistently delicious and they have a great selection. The pan is perfectly sweet, light and fluffy, and always hits the spot. The cuernitos and elotes are my favorite but I've had the conchas and puerquitos as well and they are equally delicious. The owners are also super friendly. Definitely stop by for some tasty pan dulce next time you're in Galt!“
