“This review isn’t really about the cake itself, although it was absolutely delicious. It’s about the incredible service I received at around 9:30 PM on a Wednesday, when the staff had clearly had a long day and the store was just about to close.

Cold Stone Creamery happened to be the only place still open until 10 PM, and I urgently needed a cake with a candle. It genuinely felt like a make-or-break moment.

Not only did I get the cake and the candle, but the employee helping me asked what the occasion was. After hearing the story, he offered to add a custom message to the cake, even though I hadn’t asked for it. That small gesture meant so much and made the person receiving the cake incredibly happy. It was the kind of service that absolutely deserved a great tip.

Thank you for going above and beyond. Unfortunately, I don’t know the employee’s name, but he was working the evening shift on June 23, 2026, and was a tall guy. I truly hope the managers recognize and appreciate employees like him, they make all the difference.“

“Cute little cupcake spot. The cupcakes here are absolutely wonderful! We've been here a few times and have ordered cakes from here as well. Sweet and tasty cupcakes with lots of flavors to choose from. They do serve coffee and cookies as well 😋 🍪. Whenever we are in the area we like to grab some coffee and cupcakes and walk down towards the water where we like to sit amd enjoy the view while munching on some delightful snacks from Fox and Fawn.“

“It all started at 8:30pm when I walked in. The person at the front register, I think his name was Shamir, greeted me with a lovely smile while beautiful symphonies played above me. He welcomed me with a greeting only a Canadian could come up with. He was able to provide me with detailed explanations of each item on the menu including the ingredients and what they would pair well with. As I made my decisions, he knew perfectly what size and toppings I wanted and gave me the most perfect scoop I’ve seen since Vietnam. As he rang me up, I asked who made this wonderful cream made of ice; his answer was Maryn, with this new knowledge, I stood up onto the counter with the cream made of ice in my hand and yelled “the best ice cream ever! Hoorah!” And proceeded to purchase my ice cream and included a huge tip for both of the amazing workers that treated me with such care. As I sat and ate my ice cream. The symphonies playing above me made the ice cream much more enjoyable and it felt like I was eating clouds made of sugar. They continued to serve people with their amazing manners and swiftness, and I continued to eat my amazing ice cream made by gods. Everyone should come and eat this beautiful dessert that was made with love and care that was made solely to gift the world with peace and love. In conclusion. This “Cold Stone” location was nothing but pure bliss, with the amazing workers and their amazing ice cream, I had an experience worth having again. Thank you Shamir and Maryn. Six or seven stars is what this place deserves <3“

“The young lady at the counter was very helpful and courteous. The key lime pie and the banana pudding 🧁 were d-lic-ious 😋. This wasn't my 1st or 2nd time and it definitely won't be my last time visiting. See you again real soon 😉“

“We ordered (4) dozen custom-assorted bundtinis for my son's birthday party online. In the craziness of preparing for the party, I set the pickup time as the day and time of the party, when I meant to set it for the afternoon of the day before. I arrived at the store to pick up the order when I thought I had set the pickup time for, only to realize my mistake when they couldn't find the order. I was frantic, because my party was the next day, before they would open. The staff was pleasant and generous. They offered to quickly make my order, if I wouldn't mind waiting 15 minutes. I happily accepted, and they saved the day! The bundtinis got rave reviews at our party.“

“This coldstone is pretty good. After eating at Don Hao, which is the best Chinese Food in the Bay Area and right next door, we ordered a Oreo inspired ice cream cake to go. It was $40 which is on the pricey side but it was so damn good! I ate like 4 servings which was a crap ton or calories but so worth it! 😉

I highly recommend this coldstone.“

“Amazing pastry. Everything thing is made there and is fresh. They have seasonal favorites like hot cross buns, things with bunnies and such for Easter, the cookies...there is a large selection available. They have great birthday cakes, party cakes, cup cakes, all flavors. I have never been disappointed with an order that I made.“
