On one occasion a piece of hair was in my ice cream (hairnets or covers would be my suggestion). On a separate occasion a piece of plastic (grey) in ice cream (not sure how they could have missed that one). Even more egregious is there are some workers whose attitudes are OK but unfortunately one guy in particular was extremely rude. I don't get why there is so many bad reviews. Cold stone is my favorite ice cream! It's so creamy (cake batter is the best) and there's many options for mix in/toppings.

We came here after dinner in spite of the bad reviews. We came in right before a large crowd arrived. We received a friendly greeting from our scooper. Nice variety of ice cream and toppings. Our creations were mixed quickly and well. It wasn't too pricey for what we got. We'll be back!
