On one occasion a piece of hair was in my ice cream (hairnets or covers would be my suggestion). On a separate occasion a piece of plastic (grey) in ice cream (not sure how they could have missed that one). Even more egregious is there are some workers whose attitudes are OK but unfortunately one guy in particular was extremely rude. Buying ice cream I thought was supposed to be a pleasant and not a rude experience. I'm giving a generous 2 stars. We've made our visits less frequent as a result. The only reason we ever even go to that location is because they are the only one nearby. I hope management really takes a look into the quality of the store...based on the other reviews I see that I'm not the only one who has had negative experiences at this location.

I don't get why there is so many bad reviews. Cold stone is my favorite ice cream! It's so creamy (cake batter is the best) and there's many options for mix in/toppings.

My husband had a rude encounter from a young man behind the counter. We come all the time and it's disheartening to not be provided with consistent good customer service.

I came her and was first served a off color waffle cone that was stale I came back then the girl who helped was rude and made me a new one. I found a long hair in my icecream and I'm not gonna lie it had a weird consistency like someone had spit in it. And I heard her say oh well to one of the coworkers while remaking it. DO NOT GET ICECREAM FROM HERE IT IS DIRTY!!

We came here after dinner in spite of the bad reviews. We came in right before a large crowd arrived. We received a friendly greeting from our scooper. Nice variety of ice cream and toppings. Our creations were mixed quickly and well. It wasn't too pricey for what we got. We'll be back!

Perfect treat for late night movies. The boo batter is fun to enjoy (warning: it does dye your tongue and lips!) The waffle bowl comes on the side when ordering through a delivery service. Ordered via Grubhub

Terrible customer service. One of the lady work there was very rude to me. I did not bring my card with me and I only have apple pay. I told her I live two blocks away. Can I bring my card or cash later. She said "no" while I was looking at the custom order ice cream sit on the counter she already prepared. I did not even say anything and she continued to said " you are not going to get it for free!". What a insult!!!! I was with my 10 year old son too. Do we look like a scammer to her? It is never my intention to walk into my neighborhood ice cream shop and get a freebie. She rather dump the ice cream then trust me to walk home and get my card/cash. I will never go back again.

I was disappointed ☹️ order my usual favorite ice cream here gave me 1 pcs oreo for topping and a tiny dot whipped cream the ice cream is ridiculously sweet! I know ice cream meant to be sweet but this time it’s way too sweeter.

Cold ice cream on a hot day is good, I like that the youngun,s can choose their own toppings, makes it fun for them. I only took off a star because they made the wrong size cup.
