Sweet and tasty cupcakes with lots of flavors to choose from. They do serve coffee and cookies as well 😋 🍪. Whenever we are in the area we like to grab some coffee and cupcakes and walk down towards the water where we like to sit amd enjoy the view while munching on some delightful snacks from Fox and Fawn.“

“I look forward to every trip I make to the East Bay and especially the mornings, when I drive just down the road to this old school donut shop. They make donuts the way I use to like them as a child over 50 years ago. I especially love the apple fritters and the breakfast sandwiches, but all the donuts are great! If you remember the donuts of long ago, long before the Krispy Kreme and other modern gourmet donut nonsense, then give Alhambra Donuts a try!“

Of course the butter croissants, American butter or French butter, is the best you'll find in the East Bay.

The tiny round pastries with the dab of jelly in them are super good, very sweet, but super good.

Always a line to get in. Only three or four people can fit inside at a time to order.

A little inconsistent, one day the croissant was dry and crispy a third of the way in. Most other times they are very moist and just the outer layer crispy, so if it doesn't seem the best you've ever had one day come back another day and it will be.“

In the craziness of preparing for the party, I set the pickup time as the day and time of the party, when I meant to set it for the afternoon of the day before. I arrived at the store to pick up the order when I thought I had set the pickup time for, only to realize my mistake when they couldn't find the order. I was frantic, because my party was the next day, before they would open. The staff was pleasant and generous. They offered to quickly make my order, if I wouldn't mind waiting 15 minutes.
