I have knocked to several houses esp when I was still working swing shift I kept my eyes open n still doing it if garages are open when I go hone from work n 1 time called the police station when 1 of the neighbor’s garage was opened n no one answered when I knocked her door . “Oh my gosh, this bakery is incredible! From the moment you step inside, you’re enveloped in warmth and hospitality. The customer service is top-notch, and I couldn’t stop smiling. I tried the chicken empanada and the chocolate cannoli, and both were absolutely delicious. I’ve had my fair share of cannolis, but this one truly stands out. The pastry was perfectly baked, and the filling had a delightful balance of sweet and savory. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout our visit. We even had the chance to meet the owners, who were incredibly personable and passionate about their craft. Sweet and tasty cupcakes with lots of flavors to choose from. They do serve coffee and cookies as well 😋 🍪. Whenever we are in the area we like to grab some coffee and cupcakes and walk down towards the water where we like to sit amd enjoy the view while munching on some delightful snacks from Fox and Fawn.“

“This place is the best! All of their pretzels are delicious and inventive (Meyer lemon filling? Lox dill & capers so good you'll laugh at Boichik? Check!). They also have Obatzda, which few people here know. Uli and Sabine are super nice, as is all the staff there. They do a monthly pretzel class that is a lot of fun and will fill send you home with plenty of baked goodies.

However, I've visited over 5 times, and each time I found the drinks to be lackluster with much room for improvement. In my experience, the iced drinks are served with mostly melted ice and not enough ice. Every time I've visited, I've had to ask for an additional cup of ice to chill my beverage. I respect the vision and mission, and would love to see them invest in barista training.“

“FatApple's Restaurant in Berkeley is Bombasticly Delicious, and I'll tell you why. It was still dark when I Picked up Squiggly Hamfatter up in Hopland for the trip down to the Chancellor's office at Cal, he had a 10am appointment with the dude to see about his nephew Ardvark transferring in from Delft University of Technology in the Netherlands, and we were running early so I figured we'd peel off for breakfast. Ardvark's grades are unfortunately not good enough for Cal but Squiggly has an endowment that will build a new research wing, and that'll be the ticket that gets the little Ardvark into Cal. We had an amazing breakfast at FatApple's and just couldn't leave without snagging a whole apple pie to go! Everything about FatApple's Restaurant is

Upon tasting my first bite I was immediately transported back in time to my childhood remembering the rich unique textures and flavors of a cake from long ago. I simply sent Tony a picture of what I wanted, which was a random image my brother had text to me of a Loki Gator. Tony made fantasy a reality. Tony's Cakes has become our household standard. When I arrived at the store all the staff made sure all of my needs were met while I was there, and Tony helped me figure out my Zelle payment, even more he helped us get the cake in the car all by himself. He really didn't have to do any of those things but he did. My only regret is that I should have thanked him more than I did in person, because I was distracted with getting the cake home safe. I have been purchasing deserts from them for over 35 years and spend a lot of money. So sad and no accountability and glad no one got sick. “I love it they have freshly made bread daily, and they have salvadorian breakfast, snacks, antojitos, cheese, and drinks. I love to go here when I want a quick snack like pupusas, pastelitos, tamales, pan con pollo, o un atol de elote. The warm foods are done early cause the cooks leave early so don't wait until afternoon to get a hot snack.“
