“I went to Yet Bun Bakery on a Saturday morning and was pleasantly surprised. The pastries looked fresh and had that homemade feel you don't always find anymore. The place itself was clean and had a nice relaxed vibe. Prices seemed fair for the quality too. Definately a spot I'd come back to when I'm craving something baked fresh. I tried their chocolate mousse and my friend got the strawberry cheesecake — both were really good, not overly sweet which I liked. The staff were friendly and even offered some samples to try. “I have only ever had their sandwiches and Thai tea but both have been GREAT every time! When you go, especially around noon, you will be waiting because people flock there and it's for a reason. The food, at least what I've had, is really good. Sandwiches are made fresh. Fresh ingredients. Cashier has a sense of humor. They have a nice array of items to choose from and the space is kind of small but they make it work. This shop is in a little center type place with an arcade little indy shops. It's really cute actually. My coworkers and I go continuously.“

“I used to come here with my parents as a kid. I grew up in Stockton and though I currently live in Modesto every single time I'm in Stockton I stop here for a burrito and pan dulce. Never ever disappointed with the quality they provide in both food and hospitality. Love this place. I hope they never close.“

“Went to the Fruit Bowl for the very first time today. We had lunch first at their Bake Shop. It was nice and air conditioned! They make wonderful sandwiches! Spent lots on cherries, apricots, cherry pie, pumpkin bread, marble rye bread, whiskey pepper steak sauce, cherry pepper sauce, pickled beets and better than brittle candy. The place was clean. They had really cute shopping baskets. The staff there were very friendly and helpful. Will be back there again. Highly recommend to all!!“

“We were so excited to discover that Sunset Sweets Delta carries Gunther’s ice cream right here in Stockton! My family used to make trips all the way to Sacramento just to get it, so finding rotating Gunther’s flavors locally was such a treat — and it tastes just as amazing as it does at the original spot.

They also serve HUGE shaved ice, and adding condensed milk is absolutely a bonus. Such a perfect refreshing treat, especially before taking a walk by the water. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming too — they even kindly told us to grab as many paper towels as we needed for our littles lol. Definitely a fun family stop and you know we've already been back multiple times!“

“Picked up a cake from Magda's Cakes for a family birthday and everyone liked it. The cake looked really nice and tasted fresh, not overly sweet which I appreciated. Frosting was smooth and had good flavor instead of that fake sugary taste some places have. Staff was polite and had the order ready on time. Prices seemed fair for the quality too. Only small thing, I wish there were a few more flavor choices that day, but what we got was great. I’d order from here again for sure.“

The cinnamon roll was soft with just the right amount of icing, while the cookies had a nice homemade taste. The staff seemed friendly even though it got a little busy.
