“If you grew up around here, you know it's good, I know the owner, little brother made a big difference on how to make his shop come true. Very nice people, welcoming, and food is good. Around the corner has a store you can shop at when you leave to go get breakfast or lunch at Bigworm's. I also the owners there at Aj market. Grocery shopping and getting breakfast, coffee, and lunch all in one area.“

“Bread was freshly made, when i gave the order then he placed bread in oven to bake, it takes only 6 minutes, fresh, taste was amazing, soft, bread just melts in mouth. I order 70 for part, everyone asked about the bread and all bread was gone in minutes.“

I tried their chocolate mousse and my friend got the strawberry cheesecake — both were really good, not overly sweet which I liked. The staff were friendly and even offered some samples to try. “I have only ever had their sandwiches and Thai tea but both have been GREAT every time! When you go, especially around noon, you will be waiting because people flock there and it's for a reason. The food, at least what I've had, is really good. Sandwiches are made fresh. Fresh ingredients. Cashier has a sense of humor. They have a nice array of items to choose from and the space is kind of small but they make it work. This shop is in a little center type place with an arcade little indy shops. It's really cute actually. My coworkers and I go continuously.“

“Walk up service. Wait was minimal...about 6 minutes...Bread was hot. I tried one for the first time and thoroughly enjoyed. I bought 30 for a customer and they obliged by letting me have one. They were a little on the sweet side. May be from syrup. Nonetheless it was fantastic. If you love bread be sure to try them, I'm sure you won't regret it.“

“Our favorite donut shop in Stockton! Donut Basket is conveniently located in College Square, right across from Empresso Coffee, making it an easy stop when we’re in the area.

The donuts are always delicious, fresh, and consistent, with lots of options to choose from. The shop is clean, well-kept, and the owners are absolutely awesome. They’re always so kind to our family and even sneak a couple of donut holes in for our kiddos, which we sincerely appreciate!

“Went to the Fruit Bowl for the very first time today. We had lunch first at their Bake Shop. It was nice and air conditioned! They make wonderful sandwiches! Spent lots on cherries, apricots, cherry pie, pumpkin bread, marble rye bread, whiskey pepper steak sauce, cherry pepper sauce, pickled beets and better than brittle candy. The place was clean. They had really cute shopping baskets. The staff there were very friendly and helpful. Will be back there again. Highly recommend to all!!“

“We were so excited to discover that Sunset Sweets Delta carries Gunther’s ice cream right here in Stockton! My family used to make trips all the way to Sacramento just to get it, so finding rotating Gunther’s flavors locally was such a treat — and it tastes just as amazing as it does at the original spot.

They also serve HUGE shaved ice, and adding condensed milk is absolutely a bonus. Such a perfect refreshing treat, especially before taking a walk by the water. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming too — they even kindly told us to grab as many paper towels as we needed for our littles lol. Definitely a fun family stop and you know we've already been back multiple times!“

I have eaten a lot of their tres leches cakes and cookies over the years. A family member has brought these cakes to many family events over the years. Our extended family let es these cakes. Lactose intolerant me pops a pill and indulges. Albeit it's a small piece considering it's a tres leche (three milk).

The cake is a sponge that has a milky sweet flavor, moist sponge but not soggy. They have different frosting flavors. I've tried the chocolate, vanilla, and a coffee tasting frosted tres leches cakes. Mmm.

The cakes are a visual work of art. So darn pretty. The design varies. The cake decorating looks professional. They also sell cookies. Yum! Those little sweet apple filled empanadas are quite tasty as well.

I've never stepped foot into their shop. So don't know what the neighborhood and parking situation is like.“

The cinnamon roll was soft with just the right amount of icing, while the cookies had a nice homemade taste. The staff seemed friendly even though it got a little busy.
