Yet Bun Bakery is a cozy, authentic Chinese bakery that has been around for a hundred years. Every pastry is fresh and delicious, especially the croissants. The traditional recipes are from the Grandmother, making it the most authentic Chinese bakery. The dimsum meatballs are the best in the world, the pork buns are excellent, and the pork meatballs better known as shumai are a highlight. The steamed buns and jin deui are amazing. The bakery just got an award from The San Joaquin county historical society. Unfortunately, this is the last year they will be in business. The lady is kind and may reserve items if called in advance. Support this bakery to let them go in success.
