The food was okay. It was very greasy. While I understand that fried foods like katsu will be oily, I have had ones that don't feel very greasy. The staff were very friendly, though. The restaurant was a bit dirty (dusty decorations and dirty floors), but it was alright.
Great all the way around.
The food and service are excellent, the atmosphere is bad, especially in the parking lot and on the sidewalk, near the entrance door. I didn't feel safe. Although this is a public safety problem, the site could invest in private security.
