For one, it was open. Secondly, they did their best to seat us since it was late. Though the best part was that the food was good.
I do have to add that some of the pricing was high, although the taste basically made up for it. But, the biggest downfall was that the portions were small.

Absolutely delicious! 🍜 The tonkotsu ramen, chicken katsu, and potstickers were all packed with great flavor. Everything was fresh, tasty, and satisfying.
I’m from Texas, but the next time I’m in the area, I’ll definitely be stopping by again! Highly recommend! ❤

I grew up in Japan. Shoyu ramen is difficult to perfect from a Tokyo perspective - they nailed it. Not sure who the chef is but he either lived in Tokyo to learn or studied the technique from someone who did learn to perfect ramen there. Having said that I did try the curry and was not the same as my everyday Japanese experience. I also never tried the other ramen. The yakitori was good too.
