Food is wonderful. Staff is undertrained. They do a decent job but you can tell with most of them it’s their first waiter job. Don’t ask about the sakis they do not know. lol. It can get pretty steamy in there also so it’s like a facial with dinner sometimes. Otherwise this place is awesome. Definitely recommend trying it out.
I had never been to a hotpot before and this place was amazing. The kobe beef was delicious and the 2 broths I got (miso/tonkotsu) were also outstanding. I got the all you can eat and I must say I'll be back just for that kobe beef. 10/10

The place is cute , food is actually really good , service wise was a bit of a mess .We waited for too long, a big family came in and started with their food and we were still waiting on the meat . Our waiter gave us the worst experience for being there for the first time , at some point we waited 20 min for another round of meat. She was nice but nothing was getting done .
