Ordered through drive thru. Thankfully I checked my bag before leaving because they didn't give me my fries. I was told to pull around front to wait for the fries. After a 10 minute wait, they brought out the fries with a bag full of sauces. I don't know what the variety of sauces were for but by the time I got home with my warm fries, my burgers were cold.
My order was fresh. Staff was courteous.

This Carl's Jr. is known for its clean restaurant and restrooms. The service is generally fast, and the atmosphere is quiet and chill. While some visits may be marred by cold food and poor communication among staff, the restaurant has also shown excellent customer service, particularly from drive-thru staff. The promotional ghost burger came out well, and the customer sitting area was calm and relatively friendly. If you are needing respite from a long drive, this is the place to go. It's accessible.
