I feel bad for saying this because the workers are polite but legit the worst Carls Jr I've ever been to. Seems like they're super short staffed at all times. I can't believe this place has existed as long as it has. I feel like if I ordered a medium coke I'd have to pull around front and wait 15 minutes for it. I wish them the best and hopefully this review helps. Hit up Wendy's down the street way better and faster.

So there's only 2 Carl's Jr that my boyfriend and I go to in Elk Grove, and this one has won my heart. This morning the gentleman at the register for the drive thru was absolutely wonderful! Seriously he was nice, helped answer my annoying questions and had a wonderful attitude the whole time. I hope management sees this and gives him a raise

Zero stars. I placed 2 online orders but when I got there, only one was ready. When I asked the guy at the drive thru about the second order, he was extremely rude and impatient. Just said he only got one order and closed the window on us. I explained I have 2 confirmation numbers and if he could look it up. He started screaming at us that he only got one on the screen and there was nothing he could do then slam closed the window again. I was so upset that I just left. Only later when looked on the app that I found out my other order was cancelled by Carls' JR without reason or any notification. That guy at the drive thru should be fired. Will not return.

I have not seen more bad of a service than this. The hostess was very rude in helping preparing meal giving sauces, giving napkins chicken in both the sandwiches was raw. I really think management should be seeing what their staff is doing or just close this place pathetic food never ever again.

It was kind of slow (630pm sunday) when I went through the drive thru. But everyone was sent to pull forward and wait for our order. Then they forgot my drink.

Restaurant is clean, food is cold despite taking 10 minutes to get food and I’m only one in building. How does that happen? No manager present. Workers look tired and not happy. Literally zero communication happening.
The employees were friendly. the food was hot and fresh. the restaurant and kitchen were clean. outside was clean. the bathroom we're not. We would come back

Went through the drive through, woman asked for my order, then disappeared. I drove to the window, I advised that I placed the order when she asked, then nobody answered. She sarcastically said. Well, nobody answered me, so I left the conversation, and took another order, what do you want to do? Leave or what? I guess I was an inconvenience to her that I was trying to order food at a restaurant she was working at. Doubt I’ll be back.
