“They're a food truck in Clarksburg, which makes for a nice drive along the Sacramento river. The food is excellent and so is the service. Excellent choices, I haven't had anything there I didn't like. They're red salsa and salsa verde are tasty. Try it, you won't be disappointed.”
“Don't blink driving by it or you might miss it! It is a small walk-up window to order your food from a simple but tasty menu and you pick a seat over looking the river. The summer time can be hot but on nice mile days it's a treat to get a fresh cooked burger and fries ( however I highly recommend trying the onion rings).”
“We had the best time touring, planning, and experiencing our wedding at OSM. The venue is beautiful and our guests had an amazing time. Our coordinator, Amy, made the potentially overwhelming wedding planning experience so great by being responsive, friendly, thoughtful and oh so organized! She ran our rehearsal with a large bridal party with ease. The day of the wedding, she met me in the bridal suite and showed me some pictures of the setup to confirm things were looking as I hoped. Her attention to detail was amazing. She was communicative at every step of the way. She and the whole team at OSM were a treat to work with, and made our wedding a stress free and amazing day:”
“My trip to the US took me to this magnificent place in June 2023. In the countryside, among the vineyards, we were able to taste a good wine, in an exceptional setting. An afternoon I will remember. Looking forward to coming back! Surely in 2024….”
“Such a great experience, Paul’s the best.We went there for the reds and ended up giving us a variety of things we would have never tried. We even got him in the photo with us!”
“I hosted my friend's bridal shower here in May and they made it so easy. We were able to set up fifteen minutes before the event in the space we reserved that is off to the side which offers privacy. They were so relaxed. I learned we could have brought our own radio to play music. The ladies loved the sparkling wines. Thank you for everything!”
“Just off the beaten trail (Our normal route) this is a great place to stop for lunch or dinner. We recommend the pepperoni pizza!Refreshing, friendly, and clean! Thank you. ?”
“What an elegant and welcoming experience! Everything we had was divine, and the service was what one would expect from a 3 star Michelin restaurant. We were so happy with the entire menu, but a surprise winner is the insalata rossa; it is pleasantly piquant and refreshing with an exquisite dressing. Taryn, our server/sommelier confided that it was one of her favorites on the menu, and I am in complete agreement. Chef Derek is incredibly creative without being too precious, and his food is unique and delectable to all the senses. This is the place to celebrate a special occasion in Sacramento.”
“There are many things that make Moonbelly special, but here are 2 that stand out the most to me.First, every pastry that isn't a cookie or a loaf is made with a beautifully laminated croissant dough. This is not necessary and could totally be done with cheaper pastry for everything other than the croissants, but it is incredibly delicious and luxurious.Second, nearly every day they have a pastry that is savory but does not have meat or eggs. To have a consistent pastry option with veggies in it is genuinely what gets me out of the house to go to Moonbelly.Vegetarian options: They have savory pastries that are vegetarian (not vegan) on the daily, and it is awesome. Veggies and cheese nestled into flaky croissant dough is my favorite way to start the day.”
“Got to love this place! Great service with great staff. Good drinks at a reasonable price. Don’t feel rushed to have us out. Haven’t tried the do-it-yourself grills yet.”
“This is my favorite Italian restaurant Italian restaurant in Sacramento and I think it's also the best the city has to offer. Their hours are a bit limited because they're a mom and pop run restaurant but that adds to the personal touch you get when the owner is the one also serving you their amazing dishes. I love how their menu changes constantly to keep it fresh and local ingredients although they keep some of their staples on there year round.”
“My husband and I came here a few weeks ago (late review), and the atmosphere was friendly, personable and inviting! The staff was friendly and even made conversation about our week. Loved our drinks too! We got 2 Cookie Monster shakes!! Definitely recommend this business And will be going back soon!”
“I recently dined at Bodhi Bowl and was pleasantly surprised by the variety and quality of their vegetarian dishes. The menu offered a wide selection of flavorful and healthy options. I particularly enjoyed the creative use of fresh ingredients in their dishes., I would recommend Bodhi Bowl to anyone looking for delicious vegetarian food.”
“The Trip Taco 3 plate is delicious hunch over when you eat kinda tacos! When in house you get your own bottle of hot sauce for your meal it's FIRE in the best ”
“I really wanted to love this place since I had been wanting to try it for a long time. Unfortunately it was just ok. The customer service was great and the place is really clean but the food was just okay. I had the grilled cheese Benedict with potatoes and my husband had the chicken and waffles. The grill cheese was really dry so I asked for more hollandaise sauce which helped. I will say my poached eggs were cooked perfectly. The potatoes lacked seasoning. My husband said the chicken and waffles were good but dry. We got a said of the sausage patty but was really disappointed because it was more savory and super garlicky. I would not call this a breakfast sausage. We went on a weekday. I would love to come back and try something different.”
“The food was amazing the staff was definitely top notch polite and accommodating. The wait time was about an hour without reservation but it was well worth the time.Parking: Parking was available”
“Came to Darbar for lunch with my Famiy. Delicious food everything we got was excellent. Ordered alot of food since there was 11 of us. The service was great as well...Abdul had served us very friendly and nice person. Also the restaurant was clean and spacious. Will definitely come again.”
“Who doesn't enjoy some ice cream and freeze. First time here with the family. Staff was friendly and not too busy, so we sat outside and enjoyed some sun along with our ice cream.”
“Customer service was amazing and the young lady who helped my husband and I was super sweet! The “awesome açaí” she made was sooo good! Definitely coming back (:”
“We love this little spot, we wish we could keep it our little secret, but I want them to be in business forever, so we have to share the love. I can't say enough about how good the food is and the cocktails are delicious. I had prawn linguini and an old fashion. Several on out table had the salmon special, which they all said was out of this world. Our waitress Ashley was so warm and wonderful, we ask for her when we go. A lot of the staff is family, and they are so invested in the restaurant's success. They stop by the table to say hello, and make sure you are doing well. This place is a true gem.”
“Classy Hippie is my go-to for tea and local goodies! Over the years Leo has become a great friend, all because of the warm energy he shared on my first visit as I was moving to the area and excited to explore my new neighborhood. While everything has evolved over the past few years, I’ve always been able to count on high quality and delicious teas served with love!”
“Fresh, because it's made while you wait. Took 15 minutes for the order. The food was very good. The husband had orange chicken, which had actual chicken, instead of an unrecognizable blob covered with batter. I had the Mongolian beef combo and it was delicious!”
“This place is pretty low key. Very easy to get to (just off of Folsom) with plenty of parking along side of the building. The staff were friendly and offered us samples before deciding on our order. Our Gelato turned out great. Super delicious and yummy. I got an order of Affogato and that turned out awesome. Each (3 of us total) of our order was about $5.99 each. The dessert is a solid 5/5. Service a 5/5. Value to Price Ratio 4.5/5. Overall rating 5/5. If you’re in the area, stop by and grab yourself some dessert. You won’t be disappointed. “Ramen comes to mind when the weather is cool and raining! Ever since I heard Pipo Ramen & Rice is on the Top 100 Places to Eat in Sacramento, I have been wanting to try this place. It's located in South Sacramento, off 65th Street, in this quiet plaza with plenty of parking. We came here for dinner a little before 6:00 pm on weekdays, and we were the only customers. The place is clean, tidy, and spacious with a high ceiling. We sat down and were given the menu and water right away. At first, I thought this was a Japanese/Ramen restaurant because of the name. After looking at the menu, it turns out it's a Thai restaurant. Either way, I enjoy both Japanese and Thai food.I love duck, so I immediately knew I wanted the Crispy Duck Fried Rice. I was surprised that the duck breast was served on top of the basil fried rice, instead of diced and cooked together with the fried rice. I really like that because I can see what part of the duck I'm eating. It's also delicious! The duck was crispy and savory. The basil and Thai seasoning add unique flavors to the fried rice. Generous portion. I would definitely get this again. 5/5We also got the Tonkotsu Ramen. It's your typical ramen with the standard toppings and ramen egg (ajituske tamago). The broth is creamy and not too salty. It really is perfect for the rainy weather. 4/5The service was great. The server was friendly and checked on us a couple of times. We can't wait to come back and taste other dishes.”
“Amazing food.We tried the quesabirria tacos, a burrito and a taco. All were amazing with lots of flavor! Great prices too.Highly recommend and they even have a phone number to place orders if you wanted to just pick up!”
“Great pho with wonderful broth and tender meat. I got the pho with tripe and steak tips - tripe was super tender (fantastic because tripe has a tendency to be super chewy if overcooked). The noodles were good but I think they were a little past "al dente" if that can even be a term used for rice noodles lol. Overall, really enjoyed my food, and really hit the spot for my craving for pho.”
“They closed at 8, called them at 8:15. Got to the store, took my custom order and my GOD it was amazing. Banana peanut butter chocolate milk shake was absurd. Give them your business ”
“I drive from Lodi, and my best friend comes from Modesto… just to eat at this Elk Grove Chevys! Our fajitas and chicken flautas were fabulous (as always)… and our server Hugo made the visit so nice. Polite and quick staff, nice ambiance, and fantastic food! Thanks for a nice night after a hectic week!”
“Went here with my husband and some friends for a first night out in a while and it was such a great time and a great place! It was clean, great service and a fun environment! They had good food and drinks, loved the pineapple cider! I will for sure be going again soon!”
“My friends and I tasted 5 different wines of our choice. We had pre-ordered treats to go along with the wines. The interior of the upstairs tasting room was very serene. The staff were extremely courteous and made the experience memorable. We ended up buying several bottles of their reserve. So much fun!”
