Can't say eno5gpod things about this sushi buffet. Been coming here off and on for the past few years and this place maintains its quality, service, and value. If you live in or visit sac and wanna gorge on good sushi this is the place!!!!!
Friendly staff and clean atmosphere. Reasonably priced for an all you can eat. About $25 per adult, without any add on. The only two issues I had were with the food. The seared sushi tasted like burning electrical wire. Or at least what the corresponding smell would be. The only thing I can think of that might have been the cause was the butane torch they were using. I've used kitchen torches and some models can definitely modify the flavor of a meal. Fuji is a cozy sushi buffet you get high quality food and service without feeling self conscious.
