“Primo’s Bakery is a hidden gem in the tiny town of Thornton! Locally owned and off the beaten path, they serve authentic traditional pan dulces of all kinds. Dozens of different varieties! I wish I could list them out, but I just don’t know enough about them… all I know is that they’re delicious and freshly made! The delicious aroma of freshly baked goodies is so strong once you walk in, you just want to try it all. Grab a cafeteria tray and some tongs and start filling it up! We really like the churros, donuts, bolillos (torpedo shaped white bread roll that we use for sandwiches), and always try a few new things. They package them in both pink boxes and the old, thin plastic grocery bags depending on what you buy. The staff is helpful, so feel free to ask questions! Primo’s takes both cash and card. We recommend getting there early on weekends, because they do sell out of their customer favorites. I wish I had pictures of this adorable bakery… but I’m always so focused on the food! ?Parking: The lot is very small, but there are plenty of places to park on the street.Kid-friendliness: My 9 year old twins love all of the donuts and cookies. They always try something new, too!”

“Damn this place is good and the lady who operates the truck is excellent. I pulled off the freeway to get some pizza but it looked bad. I asked a San Joaquin County Sheriff's deputy where I could get something good to eat in the area and he said the only option was this truckGlad he did. At Lupita' s truck, I Asked about the queso birria and consomme, thank goodness it was goat, and it was great, the corn tortilla was perfect and chewy and it was the perfect size, similar to a mulita. Very good. The Ant got two pastor tacos and they looked good so I got a pastor sope. I put the consomme on everything for that down and tasty goat flavor. The consomme had finely chopped onions and cilantro -- brilliant idea,tasted great, I'm used to bare bones consomme. The salsa were good, Verde and they had a habenero sauce which was really savory but had a late-acting bite that had me crying -- for joy. So many great other things, I wanted to try the hot Cheetos burrito but I checked out at the last minute. It looked amazing but I'm not as young as I used to beVegetarian options: None I think?Wheelchair accessibility: It's a truck in a parking lot”

“The salad was on point with crisp tomatoes and fresh vegetables. What was nicest above all is that the Manager on site gave me a soda as a free gift which make me feel warmly accepted as a foreign traveler on my first visit to Galt California. It's those small but unexpected occasional surprises that build loyalty to a brand. Thank you subway!”

“Just had dinner at India Cafe. Loved the food. My Brother in law and I had the Shrimp Balti spicy and Goat Rogan Josh. They were both really good. My wife and other cousins had kadai paneer, shahi paneer, baingan bharta, malai kofta and dal makhani and all were very good. The Tandoori roti, garlic naan, chicken tikka naan, butter naan were all very good too. From the dessert, the gajar halwa and gulab jamun were really good. Malai kulfi, kheer, Ras malai were OK.”

“This place is so good, I didn't even stop to take a picture of my food. It was a full on shoveling food-in-mouth experience. I live in Carmichael and if my extended family didn't live in Galt, I would never have tried this restaurant. That would be so very SAD!”

“I had my first experience at Swirl’d today and it was such a good one! I got the Macademia Nut and it was delicious! It’s my new favorite ice cream!The staff was so kind and friendly and the atmosphere had a fun 50’s feel to it. I will be coming back and I will be recommending it!”

“Food was fresh with healthy portions. A couple new takes on old faves. Wish they let people know more about the different options of baklava because my girlfriend and I were pleasantly surprised. Please know this isn't fast food. It's fresh food. If ordering the falafel, it will take extra minutes because they form and fry fresh when ordered. The tzatziki is loaded and not runny. I don't know what they're spice blend is on thier fries, but I'm here for it!Oh, and give those dolmas a try. Lovely!!!Vegetarian options: Honestly this menu is mostly vegetarian and they even indicate they can make a sauce vegan if needed. Extremely vegan friendly. And for non vegans it's still a tasty option so everyone can be happy.Dietary restrictions: The menu is very, very healthy and flavorful. I encourage people to give it a chance if you haven't yet.Parking: Parking is available and shared with other stores nearby. What's available may change depending on how busy the grocery store is, but overall should be good.Wheelchair accessibility: Similar to the grocery store, there's accessible parking and ramp area near enough to get in easy enough. The tables a WC friendly too, which should be nice for those who need it.”

“Excellent Americano. Temple beans are being pressed in Galt. Yes, all of the employees went to Temple U and I appreciate that attention to detail going into my wake up in a cup. The Hangout’s attention to detail doesn’t stop at the coffee beans, the sandwiches are fire! From the bomb bread that’s sourced from a local outfit, to the fresh cut produce, you’re pallet will appreciate the quality and creative combinations they offer. The breakfast sandwiches are ridiculous! You can get the eggs over easy! A fresh ciabatta roll will encompass all that goodness. They should be called breakfast and lunch sandwiches because they are large! Your bill will also be larger than it would be if you choose to visit one of the 4 big brand franchising competitors within a 30 seconds drive. But if you are like me and appreciate quality, it’s not even a question, this is the spot.”

“Food was 10/10. Service was great even though they were packed. Don't expect to get seated right away but trust that it is worth the wait! They have an amazing natural wine selection that you can drink while you wait for your table, which makes the experience all the more enjoyable. We liked it so much we went back again the next night. Will definitely be back again!”

“I 100% feel like I have been cheated out. The last 4 years of living super close to here I have never gotten food here. It is a little hole in the wall but it hands down blew mine and my family away. The mix pizza was on point and the chicken Tikka combo was delicious. I haven't had amazing food like this in a while. There is another location here in Lodi but it is across town and more expensive. Hands down the quality of food is superb and the flavors are fantastic. 10/10 we will be going back and I think my oldest child has vowed to return for more of the delicious food.”

“Note that this location is not a brick and mortar location - it is a food truck that’s parked here. That being said, it’s a super tasty and cheap option to have a quick meal. My friend and I came here prior to drinks at the Blind Barber, and ate our food in the car. If you do this, you may want to eat with the windows down since the smell is pretty strong. I got the loaded fries while my friend got the combo of tacos and a drink (no alcohol available. They have waters and sodas). The portions were generous and there was plenty of meat. The sauce was sufficiently spicy and the food came out quickly. Cash and credit cards accepted.”

“First time coming here. Clean and great service! Had the sourdough burger with onion rings. My boys had the chicken strips and a chicken sandwich. Everything was fresh and tasty. Those onion rings are really good!! I wish they had a club sandwich on their menu but that is my only complaint.”

“Met Greg today when were celebrating a 96 birthday for my father in law. Staff reserved a table inside for the 9 of us and tasting service was fun and thoughtful. Ended up buying a fee bottles. We'll probably be back.”

“New spot for us to try out, which was a quick visit after our previous shopping elsewhere. But the owners here are really nice and patient did not feel rushed to place our order. It does say deli meaning that usually they have a small spread that demonstrates a Buffay style, but that was not being utilized the time That I visited. So it was place your order as you arrive but the food was done fairly quickly in about 15 minutes. And the prices seem fairly reasonable just so happen to stumble across this location. There possibly was about two or three of the customers that came in during my initial visit. a good spot to get some food to go from.”

“Amazing! From the receptionist to the food! we got a table as soon as we walked in… no wait! Drinks and food were served immediately! My husband and I have been looking for a good sushi place in Lodi, we’ve been to them all but Komachi is a showstopper!!! THIS IS OUR NEW FAV PLACE. Would recommend 10/10 definitely coming back.
