Pho Ivy has such a lovely atmosphere, welcoming, clean, and smells amazing right when you walk in. The staff is friendly and helpful and service is always quick. The food is absolutely amazing, I always get the tofu/vegetable pho and it is absolutely addictive.
Best Phò in all of Sacramento for sure! The wait on Sunday during lunch is always worth it
