Service is really great here ! The staff is always so kind and attentive! The food is so good ! Not just the pho but other dishes as well like the fried rice etc ! It's a little quit place music isn't to loud it's a great place to sit down have a good meal and have a good conversation with others !

Very dirty place. The bathrooms are disgusting, dead bugs on the food, spoons still had food on them and don't look up at those fans.

Ordered the spring rolls from here fast service, and the sauce for the spring rolls were good consistency and wrap for the rolls were good too . Gotta come back and try some more food. This place was pretty busy for a rainy night.

An understated place. Quiet ambiance. We went here when we could not get service for 10 minutes from now our "former" Pho place. Glad we did! Service was excellent. We got seated, our order was taken within 10 seconds, our food came in 5 minutes. Food is excellent- large portions, great tasting food! Staff quietly serve you. They're efficient. Once patrons leave after their meal, tables were bussed. We shall return!

Pho Ivy is my go to spot for pho in Elk Grove! The menu is really simple and the pho is delicious at a very reasonable price. Today, I got the rare steak and tripe beef pho. The soup is super hearty and tasty with the perfect level of saltiness. It just warms me up on a cold day. The steak was perfectly cooked after I submerged it in the soup for a few minutes - super tender. I love tripe and this tripe was really good. The service is not super attentive but the interior is super clean. Overall, will be coming back for more :)

I'm no food critic but I know when a bowl of pho is made out of love. The both is rich, fragrant, and well balanced you don't need any condiments to enhance it. I've traveled throughout California and had tried numerous bowl of pho from Fresno to Eureka. This bowl of pho is definitely my top 10. *chef kiss*

This place is great. I’ve eaten here many times. Food is good. Sometimes the broth is on point best in town other days a little bland so some inconsistency there. Staff are friendly. Food quality is good. I’ve had them forget a thing or 2 before but they always rectify it. I recommend trying this place.
The pho was pretty good, but... my friend had a bug floating in her pho. She just picked it out and kept eating without saying anything, but we were definitely more attentive to what was in the pho after seeing that.

My wife eats here and I grab something from the sandwich shop 2 doors over. They don't mind that I do that either, they are very nice & super quick with your food. My wife says it's the best pho in elk grove. It used to be pho lotus (which is also very good) but this place has really stepped it up!
