“This Taco Bell in Laguna met operational expectations. Order accuracy was high, wait times aligned with typical fast-food benchmarks, and food temperatures remained within appropriate ranges. Staff interactions were brief and functional. Facility cleanliness was consistent with standard requirements. Overall, a predictable fast-food experience.“
“Really good food and simple, no frills service! As always. However, something that really stuck out to me about this Taco Bell is that when I asked for a couple of hot sauce packets, I got 23 intsead (I counted). If you love hot sauce but don't wanna try finding at Walmart, there's always this Taco Bell in particular, where you can ask for any number of packets, and you'll get a bonus 20“
“Taco Bell is great. Especially this location. Everyone is friendly and helpful whenever possible.
Only thing negative about Taco Bell is the App.
Always having issues, problems and mis charging us. Especially the Tuesday Drops.
I just wish Taco Bell’s App was as easy to navigate as other fast food Apps.“
“Using Taco Bell's app is not great. Ordering a bean burrito with green sauce is NOT possible on the app. Getting an actual worker to help is not easy because they either want you to use kiosk or app. Neither of which will allow green sauce to be added to a bean burrito.“
