Taco Bell in Sacramento

“I’m currently pregnant and insanely hungry for Taco Bell every day. Idk why.
I’ve never been to this Taco Bell but I decided to order because it’s nice then the south Sacramento ones. I ordered through the app and requested extra sauce and this is what I got… an entire chicken bowl covered in sauce. whoever made my order I hope you have an amazing day every day and get tipped a million dollars . I WILL BE BACK. 👍🏻“

“I placed an order on Ubereats wanting to schedule the next day but there was an issue. I called and Matthew picked up. I told him about my issue and he was super nice about it. I ended up coming later in the day but he wasn’t there however the cashier knew about it and handled like a breeze. I really appreciate their kindness! Thank you Matthew and the cashier!“

“It's kinda crazy to write a review about a fast food corporate place... BUT this is my go to spot. I've been a regular at this location for almost 5 years and the staff is the best around. They are always so nice and kind. Of course there are mistakes and not great items, but we are all human. The staff makes up for it time and time again. The line also always moves fast!“

“This Taco Bell location is one of the cleanest and most well-kept branches I’ve visited.
The dining area is spotless, and the staff is genuinely friendly and welcoming every time. It’s great that they also have clean restrooms available for customers — makes the experience much more comfortable.
The food always comes out fresh, and the service is fast even during busy hours.
You can tell the team here cares about keeping everything running smoothly.
Definitely one of the best Taco Bells around.“

“Quick Drive through trip at 11pm coming home from a family trip. We got off the
I-5 to get Taco Bell here.
If you want a quick on & off the interstate stop this is not it. It is several miles off the interstate & the way Google maps took us to get back on to it was wacky at best. Food was fine“

Parking: Little tight and a bit seedy, but otherwise doable and fine during the day and if you are hardy/thick skinned enough.“

“Remember when chicken chalupa meal #7 was cheap? Well doing super pricey. The ingredients didn't change. Economy didn't increase cost of . But taco bell did bump up price. It doesn't fill me up. Its tasty n fresh but still doesn't fill me up.“

“Friday drive through packed all the time. Long wait at front counter but nice cashier young lady was very sweet. I had issues with my food stamp not working and there was trouble with the Machine. But the young lady was very patient and eventually got my card to work.

Very Nice restaurant and kind Workers. 10/10 food , i miss the Chili bean burritos.“

“Greatest Taco Bell ever! My boyfriend had ordered some food for me through doordash and called in after to ask for it fresh and extra hot while also mentioning I was on my period. They sent me everything extra fresh and even sent me some extras with a note saying “hope you feel better girly”. Thank you very much, i’ll never be going to a different taco bell location ever again!

“Food is always good so I gave it 5 stars but I wanted to post a picture of the gelato that’s $4.29 in case someone is planning on getting one i put it next to a soda can so you can see the size of it. It was yummy, tasted like lime sherbet, but WAY tiny!!“

“1st time goin since opening, of course bcuz double-decker returned!!! My son LOVED his Luxe- Box!! My grandkids tore their cheese-roll & soft-taco UP!! My double-deckers were AMAZING & EVERYTHING was freshly made!!! Only 1 THING- I know its not workers but maybe 🤔 company itself- ground beef has ZERO flavor anymore...it's purely greased-over & most places do the same....just want some spices 2 come thru, how it use 2 b in the meat!! “I came to the mall with my mother and we stopped by Taco Bell to eat. A man there named Kenneth was working and dealing with a lady who was extremely demanding. He did everything she asked with professionalism and then helped my mother and I. He was extremely respectful and didn’t let the previous encounter transfer over to ours. He kept a smile on his face and had a great attitude. He went above and beyond for us as I am picky. He was absolutely wonderful! I can’t wait to see him and his great energy my next visit.“

“I just wanted to leave this review as a thank you for Ivory, a rare worker who is the first person I've ever had at a drive through come out to check if I had forgotten something.

His general demeanor was refreshing, a rare occurrence where he actually didn't seem like someone tired of their job, and actually made me feel good as a customer.

My old review for this place was one star, and he turned another typical disappointment into a positive enough experience for me to change it to five, because he actually made my evening and my wife's.

Interactions like this are too rare, and my wife who has dietary needs is grateful, as am I.

I know the daily grind wears on us all, but for better or worse, I think that really highlights those who go out of their way for others, even when they don't have to.

“This was my first time being at this particular location. I have to say the way this location made every single item of my order has to be THE BEST EVER than any other Taco Bell location I've EVER been to. I was surprised that each item was prepared perfectly.. from the perfect portion of meat, to perfect portion of veggies, with just the right amount of cheese. I had a Deluxe Box and a Mexican Pizza and I can tell whoever prepared it, prepared it with care and has a passion for cooking/food prep/food. I applaud and give compliments to the chef. I also have the Taco Bell App and had forgotten to present it at the register for rewards points, and the cashier, who was very kind and gave great customer service kindly showed me that I can scan the barcode on the receipt to be able to earn points for my purchase. I'm not from nor do I live in the Sacramento, but I would most definitely come back to this Taco Bell again if/when if I ever am in this area.“

“The employees make this location stand out in a positive way. One of the staff members, Luis, always makes a great impression. In addition to doing his job well, he is sincerely welcoming and gracious to each customer.
