“My husband and I love this location; staff is always friendly, orders are always correct, food is always consistently good. We eat here at least once a week because it’s super close to our house lol - I don’t understand the bad ratings! 3 years of coming to this location and it’s always good! Oh and that lady who left 1 star saying she came through at 7am & had a bad experience must be lying - this location doesn’t open until 9am… just saying.“

“I pre ordered my meal threw the app. ThisnTaco.bell is very busy at night after waiting reasonableb amount of time for the 2 cars in front of me I pull up to pickup window and was waiting for 14 min for my order. And it was wrong. The main part of the team taco crunch wrap had no crunch or wrap on it. I ordered it no lettuce it had lettuce my second item was another taco with lettuce and that was wrong too I ordered a chulupa. They got the cinnamon things right and nacho frys were done this time. It was late and I haven't eaten sense breakfast so I was grateful to have food so ate it . I should of taken it back and got what I paid for I was just too tired and hungry from.my busy day. My meal cane innm a box closes so I didnt notice wrong order untel I got home.“

“Very comfy seating. I'm disabled, so that's a plus. The did is food and fast. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

One caveat is that disabled parking is awkwardly placed right by the drive thru and can be difficult to navigate when they are busy.“

“I'm a vegetarian and work construction so I'm always on the hunt for something hefty and filling. I do a custom add-on cheesy rice and bean with about 7 different add- ons. I do the add-ons to make the food more filling! Not to substitute. I've ordered this specific meal over 30 times all over sacramento taco bells. What i received from them? Long wait times, confusion, skipped ingredients that I paid for. Less ingredients instead of the burrito plus the add ons I've paid for. But today I went to this specific tacobell location and it was the complete opposite. Super friendly staff. They made my burritos large, grilled, all my ordered ingredients! They laughed at the customization, and even said enjoy those on my way out. Hands down the three ladies in there get 100%s across the board. Very happy!“

“My favorite Taco Bell location! If you have the Taco Bell App, this is one of the very few locations with a build your own box combo for cheap! (Must use app for byo). The location is always clean, plenty of seating, and little to no wait time for your food.“

“Good food the service is great the bathroom is clean but be careful in the area there's alot of wolves looking for a wounded sheep to eat so if your leg hurts dont limp walk tall are they'll eat you up along with your

“We experienced amazing customer service. The food was decent. The atmosphere is kind of lame. Typical fast food restaurant trying to phase out employees by installing kiosks. I chose to give 5 stars across the board due to the customer service we encountered. My family was here at about 3:10pm on 8/7/26. A guy helped us.“

“It's kinda crazy to write a review about a fast food corporate place... BUT this is my go to spot. I've been a regular at this location for almost 5 years and the staff is the best around. They are always so nice and kind. Of course there are mistakes and not great items, but we are all human. The staff makes up for it time and time again. The line also always moves fast!“

“Greatest Taco Bell ever! My boyfriend had ordered some food for me through doordash and called in after to ask for it fresh and extra hot while also mentioning I was on my period. They sent me everything extra fresh and even sent me some extras with a note saying “hope you feel better girly”. Thank you very much, i’ll never be going to a different taco bell location ever again!

“Quick Drive through trip at 11pm coming home from a family trip. We got off the
I-5 to get Taco Bell here.
If you want a quick on & off the interstate stop this is not it. It is several miles off the interstate & the way Google maps took us to get back on to it was wacky at best. Food was fine“

“Friday drive through packed all the time. Long wait at front counter but nice cashier young lady was very sweet. I had issues with my food stamp not working and there was trouble with the Machine. But the young lady was very patient and eventually got my card to work.

Very Nice restaurant and kind Workers. 10/10 food , i miss the Chili bean burritos.“

“I just wanted to leave this review as a thank you for Ivory, a rare worker who is the first person I've ever had at a drive through come out to check if I had forgotten something.

His general demeanor was refreshing, a rare occurrence where he actually didn't seem like someone tired of their job, and actually made me feel good as a customer.

My old review for this place was one star, and he turned another typical disappointment into a positive enough experience for me to change it to five, because he actually made my evening and my wife's.

Interactions like this are too rare, and my wife who has dietary needs is grateful, as am I.

I know the daily grind wears on us all, but for better or worse, I think that really highlights those who go out of their way for others, even when they don't have to.

“We live across the street from this Taco Bell, but we barely go here because most of the employees are very rude or messed up on our food often. But tonight I have to say right as I walked in the door I got greeted with a smile by Janelle and when we asked for the incharito She said they didn’t make it but then when We asked if they could put it together. She called a gentleman over to see if there was a button and his name was Ante. These two are exceptional, and so funny, if they work often, I will be there more often, and my food was made perfect. Even though the other two guys that were working were very rude. But Janelle and Ante Made it worth going. Keep up the good work you too!!!“

“Nothing particularly special here it’s pretty much what you’d expect from a fast-food restaurant. The location could definitely be kept cleaner, as it often doesn’t feel very well maintained.

That being said, the value is pretty good. You get a decent amount of food for what you pay, especially compared to how expensive fast food has become lately.

Overall, not a bad option if you’re looking for something quick and affordable, but cleanliness is definitely an area that could use some improvement.“

“The awesome people working here and many other places are doing a fantastic job, they are hard working and doing what they do to make a living. It’s absolutely atrocious what they have to put up with: Insane customers who’ve never worked service in their lives, short staffing because of mismanagement, timers and productivity trackers that turn workers and customers into numbers without considering any of the reality, and all of this for nowhere near a living wage. If management wanted customer satisfaction, they would empower their employees to be happy to work here, but that doesn’t lead to immediate profit, so they would never.

No matter how bad an experience I have, and I have NEVER had at this location, I will never blame the worker, it always comes down to the management and ownership.

“Absolutely one of the best Taco Bell experiences I’ve had! The food was fresh, perfectly made, and everything was cooked just right. The portion sizes were generous, and every item tasted great.

The customer service was even better. Angelina and Aamna were both incredibly friendly, helpful, and made sure everything was perfect. A special shoutout to the manager, Luis, for being so welcoming and creating such a positive atmosphere. It’s clear that this team genuinely cares about their customers. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this location!“
