“Great customer service! I typically only order burritos here, and the majority of the time, my tortilla has crunchy parts like it is stale., including last night. I had oral surgery this morning and decided to try it again as I didn't want yogurt for dinner. I asked the guy taking my order to please verify the tortillas, explaining my situation and past experience. He was very accommodating, and today's order was absolutely perfect. Thanks!“

“Drove in the Drive up for those delicious seasoned fries. Used the app .. surprisingly, it defaulted to a different location and purchased the fries far away from me. Oy!! At the window, I was lucky that the manager, Jackson, was handling my order. He took my phone, canceled the app order and got the refund for me. Such excellent customer service.
