The dining area is extremely hot; there was no AC turned on for guests dining in. I was sweating after 3 minutes, had to finish my food in a rush. We did not enjoy the dining experience at all.
This taco bell got a face lift but forgot to give the staff an upgrade. I went in to pick up a mobile order I did in the app. I went in at the time it said my order should have been ready and waited at the order pick up shelf. There was 3 employees. Not 1 of them acknowledged me or said a word (which no big its Taco Bell so I wasn't expecting in&outservice)I could see they were making other orders.
