The broth on the RAMEN was so flavorful and the dumplings tasted homemade. It was delicious!😋

Maru Ramen Bar is a modern restaurant in Elk Grove with a nice menu that includes vegan and vegetarian options. The seating is spacious, making it great for parties, and the staff is friendly and attentive. The Tan Tan Ramen is a popular choice, with generous portions of meat and a whole egg, while the vegan tantanmen ramen has a rich smoky spicy flavor and well-cooked noodles. The broth is rich, creamy, and slightly spicy, offering an explosion of flavor that leaves a lasting impression. Prices are reasonable, and all dishes are tasty, whether you prefer spicy ramen or fries. With lots of parking and a family-friendly atmosphere, it's a spot worth revisiting, especially for those looking to escape chain restaurant experiences.
